Such great colors in the spring. I love the desert.

I shot this at sunset while visiting the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert, AZ. The preserve is full of great colors this time of year.

This photo was taken along the side of highway 82 in Sonoita, AZ.  The clouds had just the right placement to shadow some of the mountain tops.

“Bird on a Wire” was the my first thought when I saw this in the viewfinder. This was shot along highway 82 near Sonoita, AZ.

This is the side of a mountain near Bapchule, AZ just before the turnoff to St. Peter’s Mission off of highway 587.

There isn’t a lot of information about Bapchule on Google or other search engines, but it certainly is interesting.  Click on the “Bapchule” tag in this post to find other some other photos.

We was some very odd placed stone type thrones that don’t seem to have any purpose.  There are 4 of them evenly spaced apart. The place is almost like a Bapchule Stonehenge. They’re the last three images in the post.

Sedona, AZ is one of the most beautiful places to photograph. I caught this as the clouds were rolling in behind them.
