Macro Fun

My wife came home from a trip to her home town and came back with a bag of “old” photo equipment.  An old Minolta 35mm SLR, a few lenses, an old leather film pouch, and a working Honeywell Strobonar 100 (that I can’t figure out how to fire with my Pocket Wizard) were included in the bag she brought home.

I screwed on a set of “close-up” magnifiers on my Sony Alpha 100 kit lens (18-70mm 3.5) and took the following shots.

The above is a chain connected to a small cap on top of a tiki torch.
